Fish Croquettes



Ingredients

  • Fish -250 gms  (any fleshy fish)
  • Potato - 250 gms (boiled and mashed)
  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • Green chillies- 3 (finely chopped)
  • Garlic Paste - 1tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 3/4tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying


Method

1. Cook fish separately by adding little salt and remove its bones and skin.
2. Shred the fish pieces and keep aside.
3. Mix together mashed potatoes, green chillies, garlic paste, cumin powder and shredded fish.
4. Make small oval shaped pieces and roll it in bread crumbs.
5. Carefully deep fry the fish croquettes until it turns golden brown.
6. Yummy fish croquettes are ready to be served.

Homemade Pizza


Ingredients 

  • Pizza crust -1 (medium sized)
  • Tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp
  • Onion - 1/4 (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Salami - 6 slices
  • Sausage - 1 small (sliced)
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 gms
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp


Method

1.  Evenly spread the tomato ketchup on the pizza crust.
2. On top add the chopped onion and capsicum.
3. Shred half of the mozzarella cheese on the crust.
4. Arrange the salami and sausage on top and shred the remaining cheese.
5. Finally coat the pizza with olive oil.
6. Preheat the oven and bake the pizza in grill mode for 6 mins.
7. Serve immediately.

Egg Dip & Fry



Ingredients

  • Boiled egg - 4 
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Chicken masala - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying


Method

1. Cut each egg into 4 vertical pieces and keep aside.
2. Make a thick paste of maida, chicken masala, pepper powder and salt by adding water.
3.  Carefully coat each piece of egg with the above paste and deep fry it until it turns golden brown.
4. Serve it with sauce of your choice.
